It *looks* like a picture of an iPhone up against a fence...but it's more likely a really really large LCD with flagpoles behind it. Which still doesn't really help because it's...well...it's as nondescript as an iPhone up against a fence.

So I'll just guess Dodger Stadium because

My project is pretty much done if anybody else wants to try it out. Actually, even if nobody does, it is.

To randomize your avatar, or simply to create and store files for use as avatars, you can go to avatar (you must be logged in). Once you have uploaded at least one image, you can go to your user panel and choose the option to link to an image file by url. Use the url avatars/username/avatar.jpg replacing 'username' with your username. If you have any questions or experience any wonkiness, let me know, either in this thread or by PM.

In my picture the date is almost perfectly clear. I read the 5 as a 6 and I knew we were there on the 15th. Jackie Robinson Day must have had quite the effect on me seeing as I didn't remember it.
