Pretty good, except for the comic book - and did a major head slap when the answer was revealed. Knowing the old albatross helped, as did the fact that that I suffer from sciatica, knowledge I wish I lacked. The best answer for me was Friday's FJ of "pink,"because just that morning my niece and godchild learned that she is expecting a baby girl in December. Her phone message to me was, "Think pink." And I did.

I feel like I salvaged something from the week after an awful start.

Coin flip on Max/Louis came out wrong. Guessed the wrong superhero. Got beaten to the punch on the sciatic nerve.

Well, I was trying to think of some color that sounded...corporate? And pink seemed too common. And for some reason formica got stuck in my head, even though it's not a color. And basically, I used very little common sense or logic.

The way that the poll gadget at the top of this thread calculates percentages is misleading. It uses the total number of boxes checked across all respondents as the denominator instead of the simply the total number of respondents. Can it be changed?

I'm surprised both that the Robespierre get rate is so low (just over 1/3 as I type) and that the LBJ rate is so high (just one miss).
