This was quite a surprise - I left on Friday waiting for the clarification to the results for questions 6, 7, and 8 to be posted, and came back to find the TD over and results announced, and no clarifications or responses. I understand going back and correcting the scoring errors isn't going to happen now - just something to consider in future TDs.A drop of golden sun wrote:Still no response to my appeal of the ruling about my responses to the Apostles question and the vice presidents question.

He didn't say US Presidential inauguration, did he? (Gee, you Americans, think you're the only country with a President. You're worse than Torontonians thinking you're the centre of the universe!)BobF wrote:There is no presidential inauguration in 2016.
Oh, and just a reminder to everyone that the standard spoiler amnesty has been recently declared here by alietr to be one week, so no mentions about our esteemed quizmaster's performance in the Teen Tournament in a thread not marked
Spoiler
just yet, m-kay?

Congrats Christy. Thanks for the game Luminosityfan. My best finish yet. I'm not sure I've even cracked the top half of one of these before.

Here are the contestants who landed in places 41-54. You tried your hardest but simply could not avoid the wrong answers and sheeps. However, for your efforts, you will receive two tickets to the 2014 World Series. Enjoy!
41st place (73 points): gamawire (lost tiebreaker to DCrawshawJr due to having fewer correct answers)
Thanks for the fun game, Lum!
Not a game changer, but can you explain this? I did not get any incorrect answers, so I am unclear as to what this means.

I had a similar thing happen, and it was because I used the drop and the other person didn't. Lum can probably confirm this.gamawire wrote:Lumosityfan wrote:And now for the final standings reveal!

I actually got 73 points, because I should have gotten incorrect rather than sheep on #7 when I confused it with #9.
