I understand some boardies have started up their own public pools too. Anyone care to share?
By the way I've got Wofford winning it all.

Thanks for posting this. I'm ready to demonstrate to the world, once again, how ignorant I am about bracketology.

So you'll probably get very lucky and win? Seems the winners are often those who know nothing.Blue Lion wrote:Thanks for posting this. I'm ready to demonstrate to the world, once again, how ignorant I am about bracketology.

Perhaps that should be dudette? She has Kentucky to win it all beating Arizona (already lost to Wisconsin) in the semis and correctly picked MSU v. Duke in the other semis with MSU going to the 'ship. So 3/4 Final Four correct with points still available. Yeah, that'll get you into first place.ihavejeoprosy wrote:Dude, thats awesome. The committee must have been out of their minds making MSU a #7 seed.

My apologies. MSU is a case of a team that didnt have a stellar regular season but got hot at the right time. I would love to see Kentucky lose given the hype behind them but them winning wouldn't be the worst thing either.MarkBarrett wrote:

MSU didn't have the greatest of years in the Big Ten season with a few too many losses. Izzo always manages to get the best out of his players late in the season, though. What's really telling this year is the experience of the coaches who reached the Final Four. Is it a new paradigm emerging in the one-and-done era?MarkBarrett wrote:Perhaps that should be dudette? If I was in this, my bracket would have been severly damaged on the first Thursday. Usually, I end up rooting from the heart instead of the bracket.

Re: Sports J! Bracket Pool
Looks like Carol Preston has first place already locked up, so congratulations to her.
With a Wisconsin win Steve Roeland will finish second and Phil Dorn third. If Duke wins Phil Caputo will finish second and Denise Tidwell (who had Kentucky winning it all) will run third.

Re: Sports J! Bracket Pool
I'm Carol. I've been doing March Madness brackets for years, and this is the best I've every done I had all 4 of the final four correct, as well as the final two. I always pick Michigan State to do well because that's my alma mater, and I was wishing I have put MSU to go to the finals rather than Duke, but unfortunately it worked out.
