The order isn't really standardized, making this a problematic clue. I think a lot of people still sing the original (or at least earliest extant) version which has the lords a-leaping in the number 12 slot.

After I figured out those things were motorcycles I still had to wrestle with doubt as I stared at "Davidson" on my paper along with "Harley &" that it was not "Davison." Ever since years ago I learned John Rockefeller's middle name was Davison it has messed with me on occasion for which goes with which.
I wonder if in FJ either spelling would work for either name. They sound close enough that it can be hard to tell them apart.
Instaget FJ, but when Mr. Wonderful's "Wright Bros" was revealed I actually thought he got it right and I was wrong until Trebek spoke up. (it was a good guess, bikes+motors, I would be surprised if they didn't build motorbikes before airplanes)
Interesting that the athlete won, I guess J! is all about reflexes.
I'm really sad that Mr. Wonderful bombed. I know most people were rooting against him because he's the Shark Tank "villain", but I love that show and his character is based on cockiness, and now that I know he isn't all that erudite (and yet he apparently thinks he is, or else he wouldn't have volunteered) I can't enjoy him being as much of a cocky asshole on tv.
I hope Penn does better than Mr. Wonderful, he was my other favorite for the tournament.

......I saw no way to pick one over the other. Same thing with Stratocaster/Telecaster underneath it.
I suspect Aaron just missed seeing/hearing "prophet" in the clue but I was disappointed he guessed a person from the New Testament. All the major prophets are the ones that have books named after them in the Old Testament.
The Fender guitar question would be quite easy to A: Jimi Hendrix fans, B: guitar aficionados, but I thought it was kind of obscure for the average regular Jeopardy! contestant. I was impressed that Kevin got it. It should at least be considered DJ caliber IMO.
I totally know how to identify the Strat & Tele models but I have a tendancy to get the two 'dislexiazised' and was all ready to call out "Telecaster" for the clue when Kevin buzzed in.

Telecaster never came to mind to me; Stratocasters, on the other hand, are common as napkins in Hard Rock Cafes.

I wouldn't say that. By convention, that section of the Bible is referred to as the "Major Prophets". But it's not an exhaustive list. Elijah, for example, is definitely a major prophet who's not in the Major Prophets section. So is John the Baptist. Jesus even identifies John the B as Elijah's spiritual successor, or even as Elijah himself come back from heaven if you're a literalist. The only thing wrong with Aaron's guess is that JtheB isn't the one who said the thing about the leopard and its spots. It fit the clue in every other respect. Prophet? Check. Major player? Check.
I agree with TPH that this clue was wildly more difficult than the previous four. The Bible is a major wheelhouse for me. I'd be tempted to Clavin if I had a runaway and that was the FJ category. And I only got this one 50% right. (I waffled between Isaiah and Jeremiah without settling on one over the other. That left me with Schroedinger's response and an uncollapsed waveform.)
As has been mentioned a few times in this thread, the pic of Harley and Davidson wasn't exactly great. Maybe it was visible for a few seconds longer in-studio, but on the air the pic was full-screen for like 3 seconds
and then became too small to look at.
I couldn't tell WHAT the two guys were sitting in. Bathtubs of some sort? If I'd seen that they were motorcycle sidecars, then Harley and Davidson would probably have come to mind.
And that O'Leary guy... never heard of him before this game, never want to hear of him again.

If anything, the picture was probably easier to see at home. The screen with the pictures is pretty far away from the contestants (which I think is why a clue from one of my games with actors dressed as the Queen and Thatcher was a triple stumper in the studio but looked so obvious on my TV at home).

Did you happen to see how one of the contestants was seriously squinting and appearing as though he was trying to discern some far-off object?

Thank you for setting me straight on that.
I would have clammed because I wasn't sure who said the quote.
The only thing I might add is; one would have to wonder who the clue writers were considering to be MVP worthy. Perhaps that hint should narrow it down to your two choices.
I feel that so many missed the FJ because the picture was so poor. I got the correct answer, but I can see how it could be easy to get to the wrong answer because of the poor quality of the photo.
