Fun With Idiotest
Last week I put a puzzle in the Hammer Education thread. I'll leave that place for its intended purpose and make a new thread for five puzzles only from the 5/13 shows.
The answers the show gave just in case there is any disagreement here.
Trip; Never; Ray, G.; 1 & 3; the candlestick
Re: Fun With Idiotest
I got only #1 and #4.
I don't get #3. What's the pattern? (Also, nice to see Michael Rosen was one of the choices. I love that poem about the Skyfoogle.)
#2 and #5 were just dirty. I don't even see a anywhere in that picture. Isn't the right answer supposed to be hidden somewhere in the picture at least?

1. This was a bit tricky as the correct player's name was right in front of the category. It was the only one that made sense, but it still worried me.
2. It made my head hurt but I figured it out.
3. The correct answer is creepy looking.
4. Insteget.

I know the nursery rhyme, but I wasn't at all seeing the in the picture until I looked at it a 10th time. I swear I am the least observant person in the world.
I still don't get #3 though. Explain?

Think of it this way. If you got 1, you probably'll get 3.

TPH-I don't see a candle, either. I just got it from knowing the nursery rhyme. I figured all that other stuff was just there to throw you off.

Really? You don't see the big ol' candle sitting right next to the picture?Bamaman wrote:TPH-I don't see a candle, either. I just got it from knowing the nursery rhyme. I figured all that other stuff was just there to throw you off.

I only looked at the picture, not the whole screen.

The contestants have to touch the correct answer on the screen. Saying or thinking the correct answer is not enough.Bamaman wrote:Oops!!!econgator wrote:Really? Next week I'll have to post one of the 2-part puzzles the show uses.

I apparently have horrible tunnel vision, because I didn't even see the fork on that spaghetti one after looking at it 10 times...

The spaghetti one was in my dedicated thread. I think it's been up long enough now not to count as a spoiler.

This show is one of my guilty pleasures. The host looks weird and does some pretty cringey comedy, which makes everything even more hilarious.
