I just heard this on the radio. The reporter said he was expected to make a full recovery.

Seriously! I get agita watching most nights. The staff has to bring it up a notch. Let's hope Alex - the best part of the show - makes a complete recovery.

J! won best Game SHow last night at the Daytime Emmys, their 14th Emmy for this version. Pat and Alex were not nominated for Best Host this year, perhaps due to their Lifetime Achievement Award last year; the award went to Todd Newton of HUB Network's Family Game Night.

Coronary artery disease is a food-borne illness. The good news is, it is a reversible illness. If you're at risk of a heart attack, and everyone is to some degree, consider switching to a plant-based diet. heartattackproof.com Presentation

So when Alex called that vegan contestant, "one of those" he was messing with the food gods?Robert K S wrote:Coronary artery disease is a food-borne illness. No, he was messing with his heart (I'm a vegan myself, for ethical reasons.)MarkBarrett wrote:

From Jeopardy! Facebook: "Post your well wishes on the Message Boards, and we’ll make sure they get to Alex and his family."
So if you want to be sure Alex sees your message, post it on the official Jeopardy message board.

Unless you're Canadian, in which case they'll assume you're just going to gloat about the Canadian health care system, and don't want to hear from you.Vanya wrote:From Jeopardy! Facebook: "Post your well wishes on the Message Boards, and we’ll make sure they get to Alex and his family."

Re: Alex hospitalized with mild heart attack
I'd say Alex is just as likely to see a get well message here as he would on the "official" (notice the sneer in my typing) board -- i.e., not at all.
