I always enjoyed when a contestant on Win Ben Stein's Money did this; it happened often enough that they had a specific rule for that situation (the offending contestant would receive a dunce cap to wear ).

When I was in high school, I played on our college bowl team, and I used to answer in the form of a question. And that was even before I went on the show, hahaha. My teammates thought I was annoying, but the moderators found it funny, and making the moderators happy never hurts.
