Orion and Sag both have several within them.
I don't usually whine about clues I got right, but that's what makes it a subpar clue in my opinion. It's pinned on "which constellation did Huygens talk about?" - which is an incredibly obscure factoid.

Re: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 Game Recap and Discussion (SPOILERS)

Not sure what there is in the FJ! clue to avoid the coin flip unless you know the specific fact. The Wikipedia article doesn't even mention Huygens. If the clue called for you to name the weapon it would be another coin flip, since Orion traditionally has both sword and club. (Nebula is in sword.) ...

All three contestants must have had enough of AR12, they did everything they could to not return for tomorrow’s episode. Lots of possibilities to consider after Buenos Aires to be sure though. After BsAs, I had Santiago, Caracas, and Bogotá bouncing around in my head. Having been to Santiago, it di...

I never would have connected a sweltering cabin to an aircraft. I went with Teddy Roosevelt, figuring he was on a hunting trip somewhere when McKinley died. Last time I flew (a long time ago now) we did an emergency landing at CVG and had to wait 6 hours for a part to come in from Atlanta. I hated ...

Re: Final Jeopardy! Clues

That’s not a geography question, it’s a sports question. If you don’t know your World Cup hosts/winners, you’ve got zero chance. If it were some random WC, I'd agree with you. But I'd argue the first WC is more notable and worthy of knowing what country hosted it. Once you know the country, it beco...

  :(     There is pretty much no chance a 21st-century movie will ever help me solve a Jeopardy! clue. Never seen the bruised logo. Knew exactly what antidisestablishmentarianism meant. Knew Angel Falls was named after an aviator.

Re: How Did Dr. Oz Do as Host? (His actual performance, not your opinion of him)

My rankings would go: 1. Ken 2. Katie 3. Mike 4. Watson (IBM) 5. Charlie Brown's teacher 6. Dr. Oz Technically, he didn't do an absolutely disastrous job, I suppose... but part of the job is getting the audience to have a good time watching the show, and if they're constantly grossed out by having a...

Maybe you could add the hyphens where the show put them?
ANTIDIS-
ESTABLISHMENT-
ARIANISM
I wouldn't advise that. It would screw it up if anyone ever searched for "antidisestablishmentarianism."

Said Edwin Booth. Well, that's also a correct response... wonder how it would have been judged on the show. Ready to get ultra nitpicky? The letter was sent in 1835. Edwin was born in 1833, and John Wilkes was born in 1838. So at the time of the letter, he was a current father of Edwin and a future...
