Agreed. 4-time winners who are being left out have more of an argument to get a second shot at a TOC than those who lost in their only game.

A season of superchamps ends with a month’s worth of games without a TOC qualifier. Not complaining - just shows how random it can all be.

Overall, a great season and a November TOC that hopefully will live up to the hype it will receive.

Emmie seemingly wasn’t a fan of the Jeopardy round categories, given her buzzer attempts. In DJ, she kept up and hit on a nice chunk of higher value clues. Different ways to win on Jeopardy, and she delivered when it mattered most.

I don’t know what the record is but something tells me that getting in on 29 of your 34 buzz attempts (85%) ranks pretty high. That said, he still had to sweat it out to the end to turn it into a runaway.
