Maybe the academy should just have a host-less Oscars show this year. Few people seem willing to host it, and I think the host plays a big part in why the shows are so damn long.

It's probably also worth mentioning that the Red Sox' first-year manager, Alex Cora, is the first MLB manager from Puerto Rico to win a World Series.
