I stayed away from answering "beef stew" because it was a soup category. I figured there was something in the picture I wasn't noticing that would tell me what kind of beef soup.

This question reminded me of a t-shirt I contemplated purchasing about 15+ years, or so, ago from a museum store at Eaton Centre in Toronto. The front of the shirt had a list of musuems around the world with a little box to the left of the name. I thought it would be cute to stitch in a "check mark"...
