I'd like it too. We got pre-empted in the Hartford area for a town hall on the pandemic.

I live in S.F. and knew about Michigan yesterday since I try to read all the threads: viewtopic.php?p=332277#p332277
It involved politics/current events (never mind reading other threads), so that’s going to be a NHO situation.

Re: Former Jeopardy! Contestant Dies from Coronavirus

Also sadly, the writer of that article, Darran Simon, died last week (no cause of death disclosed). The obituary even mentioned the Jeopardy! piece.

I had never heard of the Mandela effect, but it sounds like it's just one step removed from Q-Anon, and should never have been on the show. Enough with those moronic conspiracy theories. It's more like a case of shared cognitive dissonance. I had to figure out why it was called the Mandela Effect (...

What was the TOM for Kennedy Airport in the top box? I didn't see anything pointing to any airport whatsoever.
This won’t help you, but Eero Saarinen’s TWA terminal is arguably the most well-known building at JFK airport. Hbomb has stayed at the hotel and could probably give you a review of it.

I once had a 12-hour layover in Guam as part of a trip to the Philippines, and I spent much of that time driving around the island, so I knew that wasn’t the correct response.

Random thought: What is your primary use of the archive -- to learn about new things, get a refresher or stuff you may have encountered, or to defend your ignorance ("It only showed up X times, so why should I care?")? Feels like you could make better use of your time on the archive, especially if y...

A lot of it just seems millennial par for the course Wait, you think Jennifer is a Millennial? I'd think she's a Gen-Xer for sure. You think she's in her 40s or 50s? I guess that's possible. In that case she ought to straighten up and stop acting like the morons! :D Or are you extending Generation ...

Me, I've NHO that coach in the top box and don't see why anyone would know him. Bill Belichick has been coach of the Patriots for 19 years and won 6 Super Bowls. Maybe you could’ve swapped that clue for Tom Brady in the top box, but he’s definitely worth asking about/knowing on a general trivia lev...

Why TPH sucks at FJ! even on Teen Week: Monday: Blah blah Witch = Salem, no brainer. Tuesday: I don't know my British royalty at all, it could be anybody. Wednesday: Dafuq is "Troy" in this context? It could be anything. Thursday: I don't see any TOM in here at all, it could be anybody. Friday: Bra...

I probably would’ve figured it out, but earlier in the day I saw an Instagram post from a friend at QVC headquarters, visiting Lauren Gambino, who’s a host on the channel and now host of HQ Sports, the spinoff of HQ Trivia.

Re: The Official TPH Education Thread (POTENTIAL GAME DAY SPOILERS)

So you don’t like clues that rely on “sounds like” and faces/visual clues don’t work for you either. So what types of clues/pinning do you like? Would you like every clue to read exactly the same (preferably on things you’re interested in)? Obviously the show tests a wide range of knowledge, but it ...

Re: The Official TPH Education Thread (POTENTIAL GAME DAY SPOILERS)

These are exceptions that prove the rule. If there weren't a general rule about how top box clues should be, then people wouldn't note instances like this when they're not. The fact that you are pointing out the few exceptions suggests to me that you know this, too. Honestly, I think it's only TPH ...

So basically it's reading so far between the lines that you start seeing 23s in everything. I told you my exact thought process; did it read as that unnecessarily detail-oriented to you? YES! So to sum up this recent exchange and apparently this entire thread: WLT [blank] *explanation* TL;DR Lather...
