With the 1993 College Championship, did all the participants, not just the finalists, get Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune video games for the Super NES and Sega Genesis + Jeopardy! '92 home game?
Yes, all contestants got those.

Re: New old games in the J! Archive

Updating the prizes list, and it looks like sometime in 2020, http://www.j-archive.com/showgame.php?game_id=320 transformed from a skeleton for 1992 College Championship final game 1 into 1994 Teen Tournament semifinal game 3? And then 1992 College Championship final game 1 got entered as http://ww...

Why was Ric not in the UTOC?
There were several other 5xers that won more money than him (not everyone could be in the UTOC, only the available TOC, Teen, and College winners, then the superchamps, then the highest-scoring available 5xers got invites as well).

Re: Full Credit Rolls

I'd like to put in requests for these episodes:

May 11, 1995 (1995 College Finals #1)
May 8, 1996 (1996 Teen Quarterfinals #3)

Those are the only two I can think of at this moment.

Can someone do full credit rolls for any of the 1995 Teen & 1995 College episodes please?
Not that this is going to help you in any way, but I seem to remember 5/11/95 (1995 College Finals #1) having the full credits at the end.

Jodie Foster: 8300+8300=16600 ($16,600 to charity)
As Jodie was being announced as the winner, her score display changed to $21,600, and that is what Alex said that her charity would be receiving.
Oh yeah, that's right, an extra $5,000 for winning?
At that time, yes.

Brings me to wonder when the show changed to the clip-on mics. Possibly when they stopped walking out to the lecturns at the opening?
Clip-on mics started in Sep. 1997, the contestant intro walks stopped in Sep. 2000 (not counting special exceptions such as Eddie Timanus).

Re: New old games in the J! Archive

This was the last game on the tape, at its end, so if I have John's #5 I don't know where it's hiding. With it being Saturday reruns in the summer it should have aired, why stop at #4, and run with no sports preemption. For the record, Jeopardy! got up to January 10, 1995 in the Saturday reruns tha...

Re: Happy Birthday to J!Board

Also, the "new old games in the J-Archive" thread started in April 2012, and it's still going strong today thanks to the archivists who have so many episodes that have been put in there since then.
