Re: Monday, July 16, 2012 Game Recap & Discussion (SPOILERS)

I actually had "trustbuster" for FJ, but changed it to muckraker in time to cross out and redraft.

Re: Washington Post Article on Jeopardy and Trebek

The writer of the article obviously inhabited the old J! Board. He makes the distinction between a lectern and a podium.

Re: Friday, March 23, 2012 Game Recap & Discussion (SPOILERS)

It's been a long time since I posted to the board, but seeing a lock-tie scenario blown at the wager...well, it's unusual. I just wondered whether the new champ intentionally set it up. Re: Thursday, November 10, 2011 Game Recap & Discussion (SPOILERS)

Usually boards as tough as these (and they were beyond the usual ToC level) lead into a soft FJ. Not today. I got to deHavilland but somehow paired her with Vivien Leigh. Re: Monday, November 7, 2011 Game Recap & Discussion (SPOILERS)

Also, corgis are my favorite dog breed ever, and I wish they had cut to a reaction shot of my face as they revealed that. I'm pretty sure my jaw dropped and then I went into the biggest, cheesiest smile. As a serial corgi owner, I have to say that a "big cheesey grin" is one of their most endearing...
