BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY

Three of the four brothers Joe, Ralph, David, and Avi are the founders of this company created in 1969; it has since diversified into industries as broad as real estate and aviation.
Spoiler
What is Jordache?

Yes, it's awkward phrasing, but it's for the TOM. I omitted the last name because I thought it might be an instant association.

Maybe a little soon after that TS clue in the 1/15/1990 replay, but figured I'd put it in for posterity.

No need for the easier versions - your "harder" version could work fine on the show...

I just learned that recently. I knew the "Andrew Johnson = only post-presidential senator" factlet, but I read his Wikipedia entry and was surprised to learn he only served a few months.

I only learned it yesterday after it occurred to me to check whether the above clue had a possible technicality.

And BTW jlgarfield, what "archives" is that clue from?

Thank you! The archive's search feature doesn't turn it up. Google doesn't find it for me either. Everybody else do me a favor and Google "He was the first Democrat to die in office" complete with quotation marks. When I do that, I get ONE hit. I just fired up Tor and ran the same search from a Netherlands IP. Still only gives me this thread. DuckDuckGo doesn't even give me that much. Does Google not crawl that collectedfinals page for some reason?

I don't think there's a link to it anywhere. No link, no crawler.

Why don't the JBoard crawlers follow the above link and others like it?
