Seven points after seven questions ... an average of one point per question. I'm not going to continue to do this well! :D

Could you give us the source for question #7? I looked all over after seeing the answers but couldn't find a source that answers the question.

I used Bloomberg Visual Sources (whatever that's called).

I wondered, because this list is based on global profits for 2012 (except for Wal-Mart, whose 2013 profits were used).

I almost went with Agnew. I knew 13 of the 15 of these men (had a mental block on who served under Truman and who preceded him), so I figured I'd go with HST. Surprised I wasn't joined by econgator (didn't you use Truman as your avatar for a while?).

I said Boston on the cities question because it was originally correct in the last TD I did (about the 10 most populous cities east of the Mississippi) and got changed to a wrong answer. Something good did come out of that!

Thanks for nothing Google. Bing for me now! ;p

Since I know every V.P. in order, I figured it would make the most sense to pick the least recent qualified one--no risk of being wrong and the most likely for people to be unsure about.

I had Detroit for the city as the most obvious, glad I dropped that one. Biden for obvious VP paid off. I was going to use Barkley until I changed strategies.

Odd that I live in Michigan and would not have picked Detroit as the most obvious. I could name most of the VPs on that list and still chose Biden. Glad I did. (Like you, I was going for the obvious answers. I think there were only two times it didn't really work out.)

Detroit is known for population loss due to issues with the auto industry. That is the only one I would have been certain if besides St. Louis.

It's a misleadingly labeled chart by Bloomberg, but yeah, those are global profits. In fact Philip Morris International, #20 on the list, has virtually zero profits in the US.

It was also last updated in mid-2013. I'm asking because the question was about which US companies had the highest domestic profits in 2013.

I forgot to enter so I have no stake in this, but how is Biden a correct response?

I guess because technically he was a "previous" VP in the last administration? I don't know, but I guess it depends if you go by administrations or by people.

To me, "one of the previous 15" means the current one or any of the 14 before him. I guess it's just how you read it.
