2014 Summer Hiatus Challenge -- Round 1, Day 6
Because many of us (myself included) have religious obligations on the weekend, I try to get the sixth day of each week's SHC up on Friday afternoon.
This week, I succeeded.
I don't always.
The first Weekly Winner spot in the TOC will be wrapped up Sunday at 11:59 PM PDT.
Also, over the weekend I'll look at the scores to see how close we're coming to the difficulty level we shoot for. Every year the field is somewhat different, so the first week is a bit of an experiment to see whether people are getting the number of points I expect them to. I also want to make sure that I'm getting the relative difficulty between clues as close to right as I can.
Most of these assessments are data-driven, but comments are welcome in Instant Replay as well.
Enough inside baseball. On to Day 6.
See you Monday.
(Oh, yeah. One more thing. I'll be in meetings all of Monday morning and into the afternoon, so the game won't be up until at least 3 p.m.)
