That's supposedly taken from official Jeopardy material.

does this mean the show is now capping winning streaks at 74 games?

I'd like to think Ken would refrain from hiring Jeff Gillooly. I'd really like to.

Article about contestant Danielle Maurer

She and her husband James Spencer did a lot of prep work. They used a white board and every day played multiple games using J-Archive, which provides detailed info on previous “Jeopardy” games. A friend mock hosted and Maurer competed with her husband to gain a sense of the rhythm of the game.

Those were probably all headlines for the same negative review, by Mike Duffy of the Detroit Free Press, which was syndicated by Knight-Ridder and appeared in numerous newspapers. I posted it in another thread a couple years ago.

(Eddy has been discussed above in this thread and elsewhere on JBoard.) Later on in the show, Mattea comments about her post-show chat with other contestants on stage.

Mattea's second appearance on this call-in show. She mentions that her final tape-date was February 15; also discusses her preschool years and a little about FJ wagering but overall not as interesting as some of her other interviews.

Mattea mentions that her preparation mainly involved learning Pavlovs. She discusses what her expectations were, when she was on her way to L.A. In the last five minutes, she discusses her identity as a queer woman.
