Were Burwell v Hobby Lobby and Sebelius v Hobby Lobby different cases?
I wanted to say Burwell but decided against it since it was in the news recently.

Same case. eboettch explains at the beginning of the reveal to this question.
BIG mea culpa here in that I didn't realize until late last Sunday that K. had two possible answers, based on how I worded the question - Sebelius was the original plaintiff until she resigned in April 2014, then Burwell became the plaintiff. Even though I was going for the person mentioned in the decision, I think the "associated with" wording is loose enough that I'll accept Sebelius, because she was associated with it before Burwell was.

The Supreme Court question was a little "unfriendly" to Canadians (and other non-Americans), so I'm hoping it'll balance out with being Canadian helping with the Gold Medalist category... didn't notice many other players I know to be Canadian, so hoping to "bounce" up a bit in the standings now...

BONUS 1: The title of this TD is a (fairly tenuous) reference to “Ladies of Cambridge (Boston)”, a song by which spookily named indie rock group for which Ezra Koenig sings lead vocals? (-1 point)

"But where's Q12?" So glad you asked! I realized I wouldn't be able to do two reveals tonight, and I figured this questions was more appropriate for Halloween. I also realized after some submissions came in that naming Ezra Koenig may have been a bit of a misdirect, as there is a band out there called Better than Ezra (though as it happens, there's no one named Ezra in that group). The correct answer was...

Want to do improve your TD standings? Here's how I did it...

I had never heard of the case before, but I came across Baker v. Carr when researching the "Baker" question that I included in my very recent TD 213.

So, the moral is: sign up to host a TD and then research the hell out of it! (It'll help you as well for when you get on Jeopardy!)

I agree Randy, that was a great answer for #11. 8-) I also concur that you do learn stuff when writing a TD. I have one coming up and the writing process can lead you into all sorts of areas.

I figured it was not Gabby Douglas since I knew she was the all-around and unlikely to be a trick second answer. Maroney was Ms. Vault not impressed. Wieber did not have a great meet, so felt unlikely. Raisman was the fourth name I could recall and she rang a bell. The fifth member of the Fab/Fierce Five? It's 2014, so that name is gone from memory.

3. Name Shakespeare’s wife or daughters (-1 point each, max of -3 points)

Pretty good showing for the wife, not so much for the daughters. Hamnet got a couple responses, but as Shakespeare's only son, he's not an eligible response for this question.

Don't give up the ship yet. This darn English teacher reversed A and B on the Olympics question. My answer, Mo Farrah, was correct for B. I, however, answered it for A (Usain
Bolt). Je suis un bozo.

4. Name the lady from questions 1-12 who is or becomes engaged or married to one of the following Shakespearean gents. Include which gent you’re matching the lady with in your response. (-1 each, max of -4 points)

The distribution of responses here follows mostly alphabetically with the dudes' names, as one might expect from the question layout - perhaps that had something to do with Vincentio's being a non-get.
