I'll check on my Junk. For the last question only, I removed that restriction (as Paul and Ringo are still releasing music well after John and George passed on).

Seems Singalong Junk is listed as an instrumental version of Junk. Since the titles are similar but they're basically the same song, I grouped them.

Hah! I was 50/50 with that one, too. I hope we don't mirror each other's choices too much in this game.

Fun fact: Rogers Centre, the home of Toronto's MLB team, is located on Blue Jays [plural] Way. Did a double take the first time Mrs. Blue Lion and I saw that on our way to the game.

They're different tracks on the album, ergo, they should not be grouped together. That's the whole reason I went for "Singalong Junk."

Since the Junk/Singalong Junk controversy will only result in a scoring change of a single point, I'm going to table the controversy for now until we see how it affects final scores.

Question 2, name a Beatles song title with exactly 2 Cs or exactly 2 Ds

Wrong(8): The Long and Winding Road - Ryno

Sheep: Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da (4): gamawire, Abraxas, MarkBarrett, barandall800

Dear Prudence(2): sarah0114, RandyG

A Hard Day's Night(2): brainpower, lpmastor

I Want to Hold Your Hand(2): Blue Lion, debramc

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds(2): immaf, Vanya

Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) (2):demomoke (who named 13 songs for a 2 point reduction), Woppy T (who named 11 songs for a 1 point reduction

Rock and Roll Music(2): jgamer (who named 12 songs for a 2 point reduction), countyguy

Singletons:
And Your Bird Can Sing - Woof
Good Day Sunshine - whatisbishkek
How Do You Do It? - Vermonter (this was a tough call. It was officially released in the 90's, but was on bootlegs in the 70's and it was recorded in 1962 with Ringo on drums).
She Said She Said - Me

Drops:
dott888, econgator, Bamaman

Standings:
24th: Ryno 17 points
22nd (tie): gamawire, immaf 13 points
21st: debramc 12 points
20th: Bamaman 11 points
17th (tie): Blue Lion, barandall800, MarkBarrett 10 points
16th: RandyG 9 points
15th: dott888 8 points
9th (tie): Abraxas, brainpower, econgator, lpmastor, Vanya, Me 7 points
5th (tie): sarah0114, whatisbishkek, Woof, Woppy T 6 points
3rd: jgamer, Vermonter 5 points
2nd: countyguy 2.5 points
1st: demomoke -0.5 points

One of the people out of the top 3 but in the top 15 (not me) is going to start moving up very soon and right now it does look like I might have to make a ruling on Junk, but we shall see.

The Long and Winding Road is not a correct answer. (I was actually going to use it myself, but thankfully I double-checked all my answers and noticed that there are three, not two, Ds in the title.)

D'OH! You're right. I'll correct the above post.
Also screws up my idea for order in doing the reveal. D'OH! again.
ETA: countyguy named "TLAWR" as one of his bonus songs for question 2, I'm going to recalculate the bonus points.

They will score lower than or equal to wrongs and higher than or equal to sheeps, and in one case, where the sheep is 5 and wrong is 10, it did score a 9. I figure I shouldn't penalize anybody for my lack of ability to draw in competitors, and it's not going to make a difference where the podium is concerned.
Given this rule change, will it still be a -9 bonus for those who didn't drop?

No, all of my rule changes are designed to lower people's scores and number 9 was only intended as a substitute for sheep anyway.

Shouldn't demomoke get -3 here?

Well if it was Junk and Junk (a cappella), they should clearly be grouped as the same song, even if they were different tracks on the album. I don't see how it's different here, if it's the same song.

Just to be clear, when I submitted my answers, I did not *try* to be last. However, given my less than comprehensive knowledge of Beatles songs, it seemed certain that I would be. I figure I may as well own it.

Sheep: Michelle (ma belle sont les mots qui sheep tres bien ensemble)(5): gamawire, immaf, brainpower, MarkBarrett, debramc

Number 9 (5): Bamaman, Blue Lion*, econgator (Blue Lion actually reused an answer here, which violated the rules, I made this one a number 9 because he had a singleton using the answer elsewhere)

Why Don't We Do It In The Road (I've never had those words e-mailed to me so many times) (3): sarah0114, whatisbishkek, Woof

I'm a Loser (but they aren't because they did pretty well on this question) (2):
jgamer, RandyG

Here There Everywhere (2) - Me, (this was Blue Lion's answer, but I didn't feel right deducting a point from my score)
