That was pretty damn easy. Low 40's at a guess.

Wow. That was not that hard, but I still managed to do badly. High 30s if I'm lucky.

EDIT: 35/50. Oof. Probably my lowest ever. So many I should have known: Selma (blanked), Reno (said Albright, ugh...), Tuskegee, Fidelio (said Mozart, even though I know he wrote the Barber of Seville), Regan. Said hydrogen instead of oxygen for some unfathomable reason. The timpani question was confusing, I wrote "steel drum" when I should have just said "drum."

I did get Sia from the Recent-ish thread. Never heard of her or that song before today.

And just now I see that senator is an anagram for treason. Dammit.

Same here. Much easier than last night's test.

Seemed easier than yesterday's which I ran through as a last-minute practice. Didn't hurt that my favorite TV show is Better Call Saul.

More 2014-15 than I would have anticipated. After all that prep reading, I blanked on the college football champs, but a few of the ones I didn't specifically prepare for were ones that I absorbed the general knowledge for anyway: Sia, Better Call Saul, American Sniper, Lego Movie.

Had this been a practice test no timer, no problem scoring well. Take it with a timer, I doubt myself on a couple answers. I think I passed, but won't know until I see answers, there's a couple I got well after time had passed.
JBoard Hipster. Appeared on "Wheel of Fortune" because going on Jeopardy is so mainstream.

Oof. That was rougher than last time....blanked on the Venezuelan river, as well as a few others I should've known. Maybe they'll get a laugh out of some of my responses I gave to questions I knew I didn't know and that'll give me extra credit. But, being a Buckeye, I'm proud to at least get one of the questions right! O-H!

That seemed easier to me as well - probably 40-41, playing off J!'s FB post. Better than I did for real last night, but I passed last night, so that's all that matters.

I didn't ... except I put down a desert, not a river. Oops!

And what did they want for 18? I put percussion.

Definitely a few bad misses (Diego Garcia instead of Rivera, Peru instead of Paraguay) but 41 based on the transcript on the J! Facebook page. Here's hoping for a second audition!

That wasn't bad at all! I think I ended up with 48, missing the Chandelier singer (I answered Gia, not really a plausible typo) and Cardale Jones' team (Florida State, just to avoid leaving it blank). I'm annoyed at the second one, because I actually watched that game and remember congratulating a Facebook friend who's an OSU alumna.

Typed Americdan Sniper because it came to me so late, I had to race to get it all in before time ran out. Answered kettledrum for the tympani question, although I imagine they were going for just drum. Hopefully my 48 will hold up once the answers are posted. Sometimes I end up missing one or two that I didn't bother confirming afterwards.

Kudos to the "Recent(ish) events" contributors, who predicted the two I missed, among quite a few others.
