If you can find a named desert in Lebanon, that might help your case a bit more.

Just because they don't call it a desert doesn't mean it's not desert. Parts of the country receive considerably less than 10" of rain per year. But mainly I'm pissed I didn't think of Lebanon.

But that's just the average. Some days have more than 2.7 days; other days have less.

I misread the "Tempted" clue and didn't realize it was talking about Squeeze the band. Instead I read "squeeze hit" as suicide squeeze. Clam.

I interpreted "squeeze hit" to mean it was played on an accordion.

They were trying to lead people to guess the correct response for a species reason.

In FJ!, I instantly thought of Lebanon, but then thought "But they speak Lebanese there..." and moved on.

I didn't think that exactly, but when Lebanon crossed my mind briefly, I did think there was a chance the country wasn't Arabic-speaking, so was left to neg with my instaguess placeholder of Kuwait.
