Check Facebook's TCONA page. There's a list of quiz bowl participants that you can find by following a link, I think.

I have never been, but i am definitely excited to try this year, but im curious about the J! simulator and how its like the real game? Can anyone play? I would love to do that.

I don't know if J! Simulator will be available this year. If it is, yes, anyone can play.
