A TOUGH ACT TO FOLLOW
By Blue Lion. This is a variation of the standardized test question, "What comes next in this series?"
2: The Tonight Show: In 1962 he followed Jack Paar.
4: The Greek alphabet: This letter follows epsilon.
6: Corporate CEOs: At Apple, he followed Steve Jobs.
8: The Harry Potter series: This book follows (Harry Potter and the...) Prisoner of Azkaban.
10: The Winter Olympics: Chronologically, this host city followed Lake Placid.
WOW! MODERN ART!
3: Mondrian's Broadway Boogie Woogie has rectangles of light gray and these three other colors on a white background.
6: This artist added a mustache and beard to the Mona Lisa and called it L.H.O.O.Q.
9: This American artist, who created the work shown here, died of complications from pneumonia in 1997. 12: Dali said he painted this 1931 work with melting watches with “the most imperialist fury of precision,” but only "to help discredit completely the world of reality."
15: This Augusta, Georgia-born man painted the numbers from 0 to 9, seen here.
