2ND AMENDMENT

6: One of the Bill of Rights amendments not applicable to the states is this amendment providing for jury trials in civil cases.
7TH AMENDMENT

8: This amendment states that the right to vote "shall not be denied or abridged...by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax."
24TH AMENDMENT

10: Ohio ratified this amendment in 1873 in protest of the "Salary Grab" Act.
27TH AMENDMENT

COMMON BONDS
We'll give you a list of three items, and you tell us what those items specifically have in common. Please be specific, given we cannot ask for more information.
3: Cuban, hero, club
SANDWICHES

6: Lottery numbers, a chess game, water
THINGS THAT ARE DRAWN

9: A spell, lots, the first stone
THINGS THAT ARE CAST

12: Sexes, a Wawa, my gym
PALINDROMES

15: Hiawatha, Vermonter, Empire Builder
The intended correct answer was (AMTRAK) TRAIN ROUTES. However, our research found that there are thoroughbreds with all three of those names. In addition, there is "The Song of Hiawatha" by Longfellow, "The Song of the Vermonters,1779" by Whittier, and a 2016 song "Empire Builder" by Laura Gibson. So THOROUGHBREDS and SONGS are also acceptable.
