It seems like Brad Rutter (and perhaps some other Jeopardy! players) will participate in Episode 6 of a brand-new game show Million Dollar Mind Game. The episode is to be aired in 2 weeks on Sunday (November 27) 4PM E/2PM on ABC. At least preview in the end of this video says so:

(Actually, it speaks about Episode 5, but the champs will definetely play in Episode 6).

What do you think about the show and Brad's chances to win 1 more million? Personally I love teamwork and logic-based nature of questions. And I'm very much looking forward to it.

Million DOllar Mind Game is not as new as you think. The show was taped over a year ago, but ABC never found a primetime berth for it on their schedule. The six episodes taped are getting burned off now on Sunday afternoons at 4PM EST. You might want to write a letter to David Stern and thank him for delaying the NBA season, which might have helped get these episodes to air.

Of course, I know that the show was taped a significant period of time ago as even here, in Belarus, it was highly covered that the Soviet-era format was exported abroad in somewhat 2009. But nevertheless I'm really happy that the lockout takes place and, therefore, the show is on the screens. For me, actual airtime is secondary as being here I tend to follow MDMG via youtube postings. However, I don't understand ABC's management as the US version of the show seems to be a great product. I enjoy it very much. And the episode, involving some of the brightest minds in Jeopardy! history, definitely intrigues me.

Just a thing or two:

As a quasi-Seattle resident, I say David Stern and the NBA can rot in hell...

That game is incredibly slow-paced, as are all the recent prime time game shows, and that pace renders them almost unwatchable for me.

However, I did watch the entire episode posted, and I won the million dollars with time to spare, even over the cacophony of bad guesses thrown out over the table. How many of you that persevered to the end of the group's run also knew the answer to the million?

Just the opposite for me, I got the first one almost right away but the second took me too long.

2003 ToCer Alan Bailey is probably the second most likely to be recognized from Jeopardy in that group. Third is Ethan Brosowsky, 1-time champ from 2008. I removed the "of" on Alan's page. For players with various special returns I'm not well-versed enough to know if subsequent pages gets the full rap sheet or it if it's some other rule. I'll leave that alone for now. Perhaps RKS will see this thread and decide how best he likes those situations treated.

I figured it out on about Day 2, but figured that either you or RKS updated player pages and decided not to touch the Archive.

The way we have done it is every player page gets the full rap sheet.
