You don't learn much from these except (at 0:38 in the first one) that Trebek still hasn't hung up his Guinness certificate but just left it on the floor of his office with a few other framed pictures or awards. A man after my own heart.
He also appears to have a model musk ox (or is it a bantha?) on his shelf, along with a Tribble.
