Pranjal and Austin move on to the next round as both non-winners from today are eliminated. Lilly and Tim breath a sigh of relief as they are gone if the men both get FJ right.

Yep, both Pranjal and Austin, as the top two, have clinched a wildcard slot. Lily and Tim await the outcome of the Friday match, which on paper looks (to me) dead-even. This is going to be intense.

How soon after the game is over do contestants in Sam and Seth's position find out they're already eliminated? I'd have a tough time standing there and making chitchat with that question on my mind.

I would guess the time is measured in minutes. At worst, they’d have to wait until the can chat with the contestants from the earlier matches who are sitting in the audience.

On request of Bamaman, I have updated the standings post (the second one in the thread). All errors, etc. relating to game 5 are mine.

Does anyone have the link handy were someone (Vermonter?) put out a historic wild card probability (couldn't find on thefinalwager).

i.e. what what scores do >50%, >75%, >90% to advance as a wildcard?

Thanks

Ouch... both Sam and Justin negged themselves out of a wildcard.
