Got Oliver Twist off "orphan" and then noticed the alphabet pattern for "T."
J! aired at the regular time on KGO in San Francisco all week.
The 9:30 CT usual airing out of Montgomery, Alabama on Thursday morning was shown later in the afternoon.
The 1 ET airing out of Cleveland/Greenville, Misssissippi on Thursday afternoon was shown at the regular time.

Buddha, thinking it was too early for Muhammad.
I was thinking Twist off orphan, but needed the alphabetical names to confirm it.
Preempted both Thursday and Friday.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Should have gotten Wed from the date. On the other hand, I feel lucky to have gotten Greece.
Totally missed the alphabet pattern on Fri. As others have noted, it wasn't necessary...
Couldn't tell you much about Wat Tyler's rebellion, but I'm solid on his name...

Don't recognize the name Wat Tyler. Settled on Oliver Twist pretty quickly, then noticed the alphabetic theme. That helped me be sure I wasn't making a silly mistake.

Wednesday: No guess
Thursday: Greece/China

Completely gone Thursday.

Thought Iran was too far east to border Turkey, said Iraq.
Orphan, plus the alphabet, gave me Oliver Twist.

Pretty much all educated guesses this week. Can’t say I was really sure of any of them. Oliver Twist was the most frustrating, since I knew the names were from Dickens. I just couldn’t find the name to solve the clue.

Thursday's was the only one that felt hard to me. Friday's I was thinking "It could be any literary orphan!" and then I noticed an implied S, ?, U, V and it got clear quickly.

I guessed Dark Side of the Moon for the album.
Went with Greece, but for the eastern country I had Georgia. Turns out it's the second farthest east.
I was among those that went with Oliver Twist on orphan.

I saw that not many people on J! Board knew who Wat Tyler was. The Peasants' Revolt, one of the most important events in British history.

I should have gotten "Cry My Beloved Country". I wasn't really paying attention when the question came up.

This was the first time I got 5/5 on Final Jeopardy! I certainly hope that this streak will continue.

It was a perfect week if Friday answer could be "the dirty little ragamuffin that wanted more soup in that old black and white Dickens movie I saw". Unfortunately, starting the mental list of Dicken's titles, I hit David Copperfield and couldn't get the name cleared out to move on. At least I had a 6 game streak thanks to the TOC triple stumpers.

Some luck was involved in the countries - the clue last month led me to Iran, and Greece was just a wingshot hit.

Never got Wat. The syntax of the clue was so mangled to make the wordplay that I might not have got my own name from the TOM.

Didn't really make an effort on Thursday's so I won't count for or against.. playing off the site and I just looked at the correct response quickly without trying to work it out. I had Thursday pre-empted completely and Friday I had to go to the Rhode Island CBS affiliate due to Patriots pre-game. One of the things I loved about living in Vermont is that WPTZ rarely ever got J! pre-empted regardless of the day.. not so much the case with WBZ!

Negged Tuesday with Abbey Road.. knew it wasn't right but wanted to have something down.

Wrote Twist without seeing the pattern, catching it locked in my answer.

Southwest Asian geography - not my strong suit. Rest of the week of FJs were instagets.

I've heard of Wat Tyler, but could not connect it up with the clue.

I had Pet Sounds for the album as that is often cited as one of the greatest albums of all time.

Got to Oliver Twist my noticing the alphabetical order in the clue

I marked the “pre-empted/different time” option because Jeopardy! had been bumped to the Atlanta NBC affiliate’s sister station the last two weeks due to Thursday Night Football, but a DVR check confirms that the Thanksgiving episode aired at its normal time and channel.
