Le Morte d'Arthur on Monday. I couldn't think of any songs on Tuesday, thought The Beatles would be too obvious, and went for The Rolling Stones instead. If I had specifically tried to come up with Beatles titles, I might have at least come up with "A Hard Day's Night" and convinced myself to change.

I thought of The Robe, but clammed because I didn't know for a fact that it was about Jesus.

Footloose for the musical. Have seen parts of The Bodyguard but not the whole thing and was not aware it was a musical.

No idea Friday. Did not know Colorado’s nickname, which would have helped.

Probably would not have gotten NASA without having seen the movie Hidden Figures.

Since I managed to get both song titles before the 30 seconds were up, I think I'd have gotten either one if prompted.

Never had a chance at the Bodyguard. I know the pop hit from the movie came from a movie with that name, don't know the name of the song something about 'you're my hero'.

4/5 matches my best week since I started counting and makes the 5th week in a row I've outscored Opus  . It is officially P-1, so if you have any herring, you better smoke 'em while you've got 'em.

Have a happy Easter, all! Don't eat the indigo colored eggs - they are a fake color!

Kind of the opposite of last week, instead of 5/5 and missing 2 out of 3 of the extras...
A Hard Day's Night, Whitney Houston, and Centennial State just didn't come to me, so no leaps to the right questions...
Saw The Bodyguard when it came out - have absolutely no interest in the musical. (And neither, so far, has Broadway...)

You're thinking of "Wind Beneath My Wings" from Beaches. Bette Midler sang it. Whitney Houston sang "I Will Always Love You" in The Bodyguard.

Rolling Stones; as soon as the music ended I realized it was the Beatles and immediately came up with the two songs, but by then it was too late.
I have not seen The Bodyguard, film or play.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Taking over for TPH this week. A bit embarrassing, but it is what it is.

Mon: King Arthur-ish guess
Tues: It couldn't be the Beatles, so guessed Jefferson Airplane
Wed: Dirty Dancing
Thur: IRS
Fri: Oregon

Couldn't pull the Hajj fast enough.
No idea.
Close, but no Robe, calling it a tunic.

Never seen The Bodyguard. Knew it existed as a movie, didn't know it was a play. Still can't tell you what it's about. (Beyond involving a bodyguard somehow.)

I came up with "A Hard Day's Night" immediately and "Eight Days A Week" about 10 seconds later, so I checked the former.
I have never seen The Bodyguard, but I danced to "I Will Always Love You" about eleventy billion times at church dances during high school.
Sprinkles are for winners.

Yup. The lyric "I will always love you" is the one I meant. I only mentioned it to show how oblique the clue was to me, and I'd have to rack my brain just to get it wronger. A good clue, just happens to be in my wheel-basement.
