Fort Knox, Tolstoy.

Have seen neither movie.

No guess on either miss (I was searching for a proper noun on Thursday, and on Tuesday, I considered Chekhov, Dostoevsky, and Tolstoy but knew they were all too late by decades).

I was spoiled on Thailand, but I doubt much I'd have rung in unless a couple of mines were first cleared.

I am very far behind in movie viewing, but I actually did sit through Tropic Thunder during a brief period of catchup. I did not remember the name, though, who was in it, or that it was a comedy. I didn't see Chaplin, but I was more aware of movies that I wasn't watching at that time. I agree it's not very helpful to describe Charlie Chaplin as "an Oscar winner", even though he was, sort of.
I'm smart and I want respect.

Seen Tropic Thunder. Somehow Chaplin wasn't even in the queue...is now, though it's in the 400s...

Delmarva was the best I had on Monday. I figured out that those were Vietnamese names in the clue, but forgot about the category by then. Same with the Bangkok clue, except I didn't waste time figuring out what country it was.

Fixed, thanks. I had trouble deciding which one to use and messed it up when I put in the correct response.

For me, it was a toss-up between Pushkin and Dostoevsky. I chose poorly.

I guessed Tolstoy, but I didn't think it was right. I've definitely seen Tropic Thunder and may have seen Chaplin.

Went with Valley Forge and blanked on the two incorrect FJs. I was actually considering a number of different gods of sleep/dreams, which caused me to freeze up on the last clue.

Have seen both Tropic Thunder (excellent movie) and Chaplin (an ultimately disappointing and inaccurate biopic, although it has some good points, like Downey Jr's performance and the slew of young actors who would go on to be huge stars).

Tolstoy though I knew he was too recent; haven't seen either movie.
Hypnos for the sleep god after dithering about Lethe. Correctly rejected Lethe, incorrectly landed on Hypnos.

Harpers Ferry: "Armory" was a pretty good clue, but I couldn't piece it together. Said Washington, DC.

Phobos & Deimos: I knew that I knew this one, but I just couldn't pull it. Hit the pause button, and the two names came to me almost immediately. I don't really think it was the extra time that I needed, it was just the absence of the Think Music. (It's normally not a problem, but when memory links are more tenuous, the distraction of the music can definitely interfere with my ability to access them. Would have been a very frustrating miss had it happened onstage.)

Hanoi: Dong led me to Vietnam, but the detour that I took through Saigon and Ho Chi Minh City didn't leave enough time for me to get to Hanoi.
There are times I almost think I am not sure of what I absolutely knooooooooo-OW

I can't believe Harpers Ferry is at 33%. I thought that would easily poll at least 75.
