NATIONAL MEMORIALS

98-year-old Nick Clifford, the last carver to have worked on this, died in November 2019
Spoiler
What is Mount Rushmore?

(Figured a "landmarks" category would have made it easier; his age eliminates Lincoln Memorial)

Enjoyed him in both Benson and DS9, but perhaps my favorite role of his was as the chef in "The Little Mermaid." He could be delightfully arrogant and supercilious even in a voice-only part.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

Wheel of Fortune will air episodes with Vanna White hosting (15 shows?) as she subbed while Pat Sajak dealt with a blocked intestine. This week I think it's Disney characters (Mickey only?) turning the letters.

Sports Illustrated's 2019 Sportsperson of the Year is Megan Rapinoe of the U.S. Women's soccer team. She is only the 4th individual woman so honored, following Chris Evert (1976), Mary Decker (1983), and Serena Williams (2015).

He also had a great theater career. I remember him vividly as the movie studio head in the "film noir" Broadway musical City of Angels

Not my typical areas for posting.

Andy Beshear (D) became governor of Kentucky. His father Steve was also governor, making them the first father-son duo of governors in KY history. Outgoing governor is Matt Bevin (R).

Sanna Marin (Social Democrat) is prime minister of Finland. At age 34 she is youngest sitting head of government in the world. Finland's Parliament is Eduskunta. If J! wants to use it the previous prime minister, Antti Rinne, has that Finnish looking/sounding name.

Peloton has appeared twice in clues previously:

#7924, aired 2019-02-07 "P"LACES AT THE MALL $800: Visit a showroom of this indoor bike brand for a test ride; if you by, a pro like George Hincapie could be your instructor
#7545, aired 2017-06-02 GET SOME EXERCISE! $200: Here's the logo of Peloton, an indoor one of these that lets you take live studio classes from home

and thanks to all the recent hoopla I expect them to show up again.

Now you're just setting me up. By should be buy. Yes, I checked, and it's that way in the Archive.
