The best thing that Neil Armstrong ever did, was to let us all imagine we were him.

Re: Fun with Fox's "Mental Samurai"
The production company behind the show decided last fall to film all international versions of "Mental Samurai" in Portugal (which currently broadcasts a five-day-a-week version for daytime viewers) for safety and cost reasons. There are also versions of this show airing in Finland and Arab nations, and I would presume recent episodes were recorded in Portugal as well.LucarioSnooperVixey wrote: ↑Thu May 27, 2021 5:33 pmWHAAAAAT?!?!?!?! I had read the production had decided pre pandemic to move production overseas to Spain to have a cost efficient hub to produce all the international versions. The pandemic led them to pick Portugal as a safer location.colonial wrote: ↑Fri May 28, 2021 10:00 amThe production company behind the show decided last fall to film all international versions of "Mental Samurai" in Portugal (which currently broadcasts a five-day-a-week version for daytime viewers) for safety and cost reasons. I’d note that the recent season of Name That Tune that aired on FOX was filmed in Australia. A number of the “American” contestants on the show had suspicious hints of Australian accents (apparently Americans who had lived there for some time, even though they were billed as being from US towns).

Re: Fun with Fox's "Mental Samurai"
FOX snuck in another new episode tonight after the one on Tuesday.
White guy is probably in his mid 50s at least
Which is a popular phrase from the movie "Friday" used to tell someone to go away?
Later, Felicia
Bye, Felicia
Later, Felicia - lock it in
Bye, Jeff Vaughn
Even if I had not seen the movie (rental last century) I would have known it anyway since Kelly Ripa loves the quote.

What surprised me more was the two younglings not recognizing the Hulk by his alter ego.

Which alter ego did they use? The Banner that looks like Ed Norton? Eric Bana? Ruffalo? One from the comics? Alphabet song ending:
Rob had, "Tell me what you think of me".
I've never heard that before and had, "Next time won't you sing with me".
It can't be an age thing. Regional?

ABC song - my grandkids sing, "Next time won't you sing with me?" and that's the way I remember it.

"Tell me what you think of me" is what I remember growing up with in western PA. Now that I hear it again, it sounds like encouragement for the little narcissist...Beg for praise! The other one's sweeter.

Those were some incredibly easy questions. 3 of 6 got ten correct.

We always sang "Won't you come and play with me?" There must be dozens of variations.
