This is not a new episode, series, or one-and-done movie reunion; it is an untitled unscripted special, meaning a documentary or they just sit around and talk about it for however long the run time is.

"With HBO Go and HBO Now, the library of content is largely focused on HBO's originally produced TV shows and movies. But with HBO Max, you'll get all that content plus a ton of new stuff from a variety of WarnerMedia brands."
It's getting hard to keep up with all these streaming platforms. The HBO Max branding is terrible IMO

For years people would tell me they couldn't wait for ala carte cable because of all the stuff they're paying for and not watching. I warned them they would pay the same if not more on an ala carte package...guess what's happening...morbeedo wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 11:29 am "With HBO Go and HBO Now, the library of content is largely focused on HBO's originally produced TV shows and movies. Re: 2020 Current Events Discussion Thread
Whenever I read a new post in the Current Events thread, I ask myself, is there any chance they ask this on Jeopardy? Will Jeopardy ever ask that production of a TV show was postponed due to the Coronavirus? I don't think they'll ask about any event that was postponed or cancelled due to the virus. But I've been wrong before.
I guess I'm curious to hear if others feel the same way about some of the items mentioned in the thread.

Of course there’s plenty in the thread that won’t be asked, but we have a big story in this virus, this is the first American show to shut down, Jeopardy seems to have had more TV categories than usual lately.Golf wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:19 pm Whenever I read a new post in the Current Events thread, I ask myself, is there any chance they ask this on Jeopardy? I don’t think we’ll need to document everything that gets halted, but this is the first American thing to be halted that I know of.

Shouldn't the emphasis in the thread be not-so-big stories? Does anyone need to be told about the coronavirus?
I'm glad the show doesn't have the obsession with death the thread seems to...

Fair point. If they Olympics gets cancelled because of it, sure. Otherwise, yeah, I don't think we need a blow-by-blow of the events.Golf wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:19 pm Whenever I read a new post in the Current Events thread, I ask myself, is there any chance they ask this on Jeopardy?
