Who thinks Warren Buffett wrote Margaritaville?

These contestants took a loooong time to answer.

One contestant never heard of Rodeo Drive. Another contestant never heard of a monarch butterfly.

A good episode as the designated hitter of the group survived the final elimination round and ended up winning the show. Still only getting 2/5 right however.

Of course, I couldn't name Will Ferrell's character in "Old School".

Bad Misses From Contestants: Mamma Mia, W, Square Dance, Beverly Hills, Harp, Sari, Rhumba, Roger, Sears, Jupiter, Holliday Inn, Vixen

Unsurprising Misses From Contestants: Michelle Williams, Monarch Butterfly, Pinch, Jeep, Venetian, WandaVision, Air Force, Thelonious Monk, James Patterson, Atlantis

Jane: The tallest mountain in the world will always be Everest.

Me: Mauna Kea is tallest base to peak. Everest is highest above sea level.

Ricky admits to being a Pupaphobe.

The question about Giuseppe Verdi had a clue “Italian for greens”. You can hear Ricky clearly say “Verde”. Not quite the pronunciation. Seemed like he only guessed it from the clue. Reminds me of an episode of “Debt” where they had a question about Thomas Pynchon. The question had a hint with something like “clasping onto pennies”. Indicating that it sounds like “Pinch On”. The contestant got it right despite not knowing who Thomas Pynchon was.

For once, the statistical weakest link got voted off every round. :)

Would not be surprised to see the Washington Monument question as a Final Jeopardy! clue one day.

My Performance: Also negged with Steph Curry. Did not know the Snoop Dogg song.

Bad Misses From Contestants: Pluto, Ruby Tuesday, Koala, Abraham Lincoln, Kentucky, Klondike, The Great Pumpkin, Caterpillar

Unsurprising Misses From Contestants: Ginger Beer, Lady Marmalade, Men Without Hats, Alexander the Great, William Butler Yeats, Hamelin, Frederick Douglas, Julius Caesar, Rolls-Royce

Watch this episode if you dare.

Contestant: Eggs. :?

Later in the episode, a question showed a picture of Nelson Mandela and a picture of Charlize Theron. The contestant guessed India!!!

I only missed one question in the episode. Blanked on Carey Mulligan's name.

The shows returning made it easy to turn off the baseball game I was watching.

Hmm, season premiere? I wonder what will happen?

As if any of those twins were going to know Ossoff's state. Laughable.

Wasn't one pair from Waycross, GA? I would expect them to have known it.

Eight pairs of twins. Geez.

This game could have gone in any direction. Any team could have won. Both teams in the final narrowly missed getting eliminated in a round.

Nickey looked familiar.

This bunch was actually a bit smarter than the average group on this show. Nonetheless, still a bundle of misses.

I like these analytics.

It’s easy to blank up there, as it would be on Jeopardy, I can imagine.

I feel like questions on presidents, history, government, politics - I get almost every one of those.

If you ask a question on a Netflix show or contemporary pop culture, I’m most likely not getting it.
