More a LL question and not J!, apparently the most popular game in the US + UK is currently "Roblox" which has been a thing that's existed since 2004
And it's powered by child labor...

I'd be surprised if this didn't show up on J! in some shape or form.
Good grief.

The cover has shown up several times, most recently last November. After such a story, I'd guess it will come up on J! approximately never again, even if he loses..

considering he recreated the cover a few years ago, which really put his name out there as the baby on the cover, I just don't see him winning this one. Really, he thinks we should believe he isn't happy about being the cover baby after he did that?

That's not what he's alleging. He's alleging it's child pornography. I can't imagine any judge allowing that trial to go forward.

Sure, if you want to believe that excuse is the real reason he’s doing it well after he became an adult and leaned into the fact it’s him on the cover.

It has been a very public photo for 30 years now. If it were "child pornography", certainly somebody would have noticed a long time ago.

Yeah, he seems a lot more troubled by his inability to cash in or even get a callback from anyone in the group.

Love it, love it, love it!

One of the plusses about remote schooling during the pandemic was getting our kids to appreciate Mary Tyler Moore in daytime reruns during lunch break. ("You guys, that's Carl Fredricksen from Up.") Just last week in the University of Chicago bookstore, we were browsing a display table that featured books by alumni, and we were all tickled to see Ed Asner's The Grouchy Historian.

I hate the thought of living in a world without Ed Asner. :(

Until Uzo Aduba did it for her role as Crazy Eyes on Orange is the New Black (a show that got re-categorized from a comedy to a drama for Emmy purposes mid-way through its run), Ed Asner was the only performer to win acting Emmys in both dramatic and comedic categories for playing the same character.
Not many people can say they've lost four times on Jeopardy!.

Besides his Today Show gig, Willard Scott was known for his stint as the jolly pitchman shown here:

This was the first matchup of teenagers in a major final (Raducanu is 18, Fernandez is 19) since Martina Hingis beat Serena Williams at the US Open in 1999. Raducanu made it into the main draw by winning a four-round, 32-player qualifying tournament, making her the first person (man or woman) to win any of the majors as a qualifier. She also won all 10 of her matches (4 in the qualifier and 6 in the main draw) in straight sets.

Norm has a J! connection, of course, as the man who played Burt Reynolds (aka Turd Ferguson) on SNL's Celebrity Jeopardy parody. Expect that to come up this season.

I was curious how many of Perez' homers were hit while he was catching this season (he's played 117 games behind the plate and 34 as DH per baseball-reference.com). I didn't find that, but did notice that in 1970 when Bench hit 45 HR he played every position except pitcher, second base, and short!

31HR as C, 15 as DH.

During Bench's 45HR season, 38 came as C

(It's under the 'Splits' feature)
