Wager word
Contestant has 590 and can bet any or all.
She bet 90.
And as per the rules the next letter is filled in. She at least managed to get up to 680 after the I was filled in.
The opponent completely solved his puzzle in round 3 to wrap up the match and the second part of that round was not needed to be played.
As pointed out in early posts there are so many strange loopholes in this game.
Other times it's the opposite. Jamie's second get of the game was the impressive CHARCUTERIE and from that moment I had the game and $10,000 wrapped up for him. Jamie ran his solo board easily to make the bonus round and ripped through all 9 clues with plenty of time left to win the big bucks. He was very good, better than the other players, and he knew it.
The only disappointment was his category picking as his first pick was not '90s TV and the category omitted in the bonus round was Judge Judy.
The 4/6 ep. had "The Brady Bunch" return (not picked earlier in the season) for a puzzle option in the first round and this time the contestant went there first, bless his heart. Not only did the gentleman get his first three answers, he knew the answers as it was obvious he was familiar with the show. Leah had me beaming when she also clearly indicated she knew the show with her added comments about pork chops and the football throw.
It was very satisfying to see the guy who left Pro Wrestling out get burned by the other games/sports type with Billiards.
Montana Fats? Nope. Michigan Fats? Nope. Third time's the charm. 6 on a table and 2 on the front of your pants? Crickets. He really was behind the eight ball on that category.
