Fixed. There was a line in the code that excluded any Jeopardy! Round categories unless they had at least one lowercase letter in them. Not sure why that was there, or what I was trying to accomplish with that. As soon as I get around to it, I will be making a further improvement, where clicking on any one of the categories searches only on clues in categories of the exact same name as the one clicked on.
