No problem for me on the spider stumper although I would have liked the coincidence if I had been wearing my spider shirt today that includes that particular one.

Katie upped her game to have the lead for the FJ! and was 3/3 on wagering clues. Even if Erin had bet more on DD2 then Katie could have bet more on DD3.

The FJ! category had me thinking Barton, pick a suffrage woman or Rosa Parks.

The FJ! clue is one that I would hope would go 3/3 on the show and it did. There are multiple combinations that work for a correct response and each player had a different one. I matched Katie for having the shortest path of the three presented.

Savannah threw in a couple of added remarks and good for her charity in getting the 10-day total. By the end of the season I suspect it will be apparent to me that Savannah could have done one of the 1-week slots and it would have better for someone else only getting five games to have been switched to get two weeks.

An article about Savannah hosting is here: https://www.usatoday.com/story/entertai ... 653902002/

This game is a draw for the Intermediate Form of Shore’s Conjecture. The second-place player bet “small.” —Bob

It's a better answer than 'Jackie Kennedy'.

As far as correctness goes, it's an identical answer (just like Jackie Bouvier).

Was the Emanciptation Proclamation 'issued' on Jan 1? That's when it became law, but I'd say it was first issued back in September of 1862.

runs: Positive Altitude, Decades, 5 Nights,
DDs: :( :( :D
trash: pursuit, grace, 1870's, 1890's, Discover, trapdoor, craven, heresy (6600),
FJ: Who is Jackie Onassis? instaget.
Fell for the Dante negbait. :x
There has got to be a way for J! to display video DDs & the clue at the same time. It is maddening for me to have to switch screens.

Yes, according to the National Archives. They call the document of September 1862 the "Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation."

41R. 4/4 on big clues.

Matched Quan and said tarantula. Missed bill of health and said bill of lading. Missed heresy and drew a blank trying to think of apostasy.

The Joker clue threw me off and I thought Hildur Gudnadottir was the name of an award in Iceland. I did not realize she was a woman who won an Emmy, a Grammy, and an Oscar in the same awards season. Good trivia question.

Dante's Inferno is not a novel. No problem for me getting Dan Brown. I read one of his books. Not that one. I don't recommend it. Of course everybody read one of his books so kind of a pointless aside.

Some clues that I missed that I want to get next time are American Buffalo, trapdoor spider, prognosticate, American Express, and The Twilight Zone.
I had a dream that I was asleep and then I woke up and Jeopardy! was on.

There is such a thing as a clean bill of lading, it just has nothing to do with being medically cleared.

It's not always about the host. I mixed it up to acknowledge the current champ.

I was completely lost on that Final. None of those locations meant anything to me and I couldn't find anything to pin it on anyone, or even any time. I ended up on Marilyn Monroe, and I'm still not sure if I was really close to the correct answer or really, really far away.

I think only Greece and the yacht mattered to evoke Onassis and pin the clue. As far as I can recall, this is the first time I've ever heard she lived in NJ...
