Since I haven't contributed for a year or so - here's a free thread bump :).

Thanks for keeping up the TD traditions and opportunities. My COVID accelerated retirement has me off the old routines (of doing this stuff at work, lol), so I will try to get back to defending the all-sheep line. I'm sure AFRET could use a wingman. These sheep don't herd themselves  .

George Washington did not serve "at least 8 full years as President of the United States."

I agree with woppy. Washington took office on April 30th 1789 and left on March 4th 1797. You seem to agree with this by including FDR's one of the correct answers.

I did not play this TD because I was on vacation when it was released, passing through Davenport twice, and because I was two weeks behind on Jeopardy before I went on vacation.

I am playing by shadow. My score after 8 is 29. I dropped question 1, got a Singleton with FDR on question 2, got 2 on question 3 with Kindergarten Cop, a 2 on question 4 with Washington, got the bonus by knowing Maryland, sheeped with both Davenport and Houston; got 3 on question 7 with Carol and got a six on question 8 with horse, and my scores obviously would raise other members scores for those same questions.

So by playing I basically have no chance of winning myself but will hurt other members.
I'd rather cuddle then have sex. If you're into grammar, you'll understand.

OK - I really messed up Q2.

My original wording was "8 full calendar years" - which someone pointed out was misleading and for some reason (idiocy?) I thought I changed the wording to reflect 2 full terms and therefore made Washington an acceptable answer. FDR (who would have been the 9th to serve at least two full terms) showing up as "Not Used" while accepting Washington was a flat-out oversight on my part. But with the wording "8 full years", then Washington is incorrect and I am going to make the necessary adjustments to the scoring.

I apologize for the error and any confusion it has caused.
