Sarah got J1 and then DD1 for 1200 to open the match. Her score at the end of the round? 1600. 6 large on DD3 gave her a chance to win.

If Nate has a viewing party he might want to leave the room when he guesses Valerie Jarrett.

The FJ! category had me write 9 names and they were all in the 1500s-1700s area.

The FJ! clue had me dismiss Sarah's guess since I thought I recalled the body was never found. From there I figured the right guy was the one to write since I was sure his body was found. If only I had put down my pen.

With too much time to get in trouble I went a completely different way and switched to Leif Erikson in thinking about some kind of land bridge proof. Ugh, 2/4 this week when just as easily I could be 4/4.

Amy's cross-out guess is one I expect to see pop up in posts some time today. Credit to Ken for recognizing it and knowing who it is while it's hard to expect quite the same from Mayim (unless she got an ear piece heads up) if she hosted today.

Amy is approaching running out the calendar year while Coryats are experiencing a downward trend.

CBS has bowl action tomorrow, so unless a YT rogue upload appears there may me a delay for P+ viewers getting the game. Those with early bird connections for ABC affiliates look to be okay.

Quickly went to the right place for FJ, but could not pull out the name; just kept thinking of who didn't complete their journey, could remember some details, but not the detail that mattered.
Total game show career losings = $171,522

The J1 category had the clue's text on the screen. Archived. Each clue also had video clips and I exercised a "no thank you" to archive that stuff. Another archivist is welcome to do it. Here ya go:
Spoiler
The video link gives away the correct response for J25 and of course scores to conclude the round.

I haven't been able to help much with the Archive lately, for numerous reasons, but this I can do, especially since you helpfully included the Closed Captioning. Starting it now.

(I know how much you love correction suggestions, but I'll probably just log in and edit the clues directly. Sorry to ruin your New Year's. ;) )

Done. I anticipate a bunch of nitpicky suggestions for that last clue.

Oh come on, how do you expect me to retain a generic-ass name like THAT? It's like the writers are actively trolling me now.

Why was Constitution negged? "12, not 10" made it obvious what they wanted, but back then, wouldn't the Bill of Rights have been the entire Constitution? I don't understand why Constitution would be incorrect for that clue.

The Bill of Rights are amendments. The Constitution is much more than just that.

The Bill of Rights are amendments. The Constitution is much more than just that.
Specifically, the original Constitution comprises seven Articles: Article I (about the organization of the legislative branch), Article II (executive branch), Article III (judicial branch), Article IV (miscellany), Article V (how the Constitution may be amended), Article VI (more miscellany), and Article VII (specifying that nine states must ratify before it can take effect among the ratifying states).

1912 and the all-important “with”?? Scott and done. Amy vs Matt in the TOC should be lots of fun (assuming that Amy loses before the TOC tapes)
