I cannot find channel 1005 (or 1010 for WOF) for the life of me. I found the Jeopardy on-demand, but not the live TV channel. I see the Price is Right and Let's Make a Deal channels, among others. Am I missing something?
You'll have to refresh/reboot/reinstall the app until it shows up. It's apparently a common problem.

Just figured out why I couldn't find the J! channel... It seems my browser of choice, Brave, is the culprit.
Pulled up Chrome, and channel 1005 shows right up on the list.
The other new channel should work just fine though. Because as you know, (Wheel of) Fortune favors the Brave.
2:00 PM Eastern, and they're playing show #6886, aired 2014-07-21, Teen Tournament quarterfinal game 1. They have misdated it as July 18, 2014. I wonder where they're getting their dates from.
After the quarterfinals, at 4:30 PM, they're switching over to show #6994, aired 2015-01-29, Alex visits the 9/11 Memorial, which they have misdated as January 28, 2015. I believe this is the second time Pluto TV has aired this show, the first time being 9:00 PM 8/2.
Then at 5:00 PM it's into show #6601, aired 2013-05-06 (2013 College Championship quarterfinal game 1). They have misdated this show as May 3, 2013. The next two shows at least are successive shows in the 2013 College Championship quarterfinals.
1. 2014 College Championship
2. 2016 College Championship
3. Battle of the Decades (skipping Friday show of 80's week and all of 90's and 00's weeks)
4. 2016 Teachers Tournament Semifinals/Finals
5. Season Openers

Looks like they are only showing the 240 games now that they are into "repeats" with them going back to the series of season premieres. With nearly 9,000 to choose from, that's disappointing.
I'm fascinated by the channel's choice to show episodes from consecutive years, mostly from the same month, in a row. I wonder if it's just one way they're going to "remix" episodes to rotate all 240 so it doesn't look like they're just repeating them over and over again.
^Someone figured out Wheel of Fortune’s channel was just airing all 250 episodes in alphabetical order of their title. So for instance, “Halloween - November 3, 2017” ended up airing before “Halloween - October 30, 2017” or “America’s Game - March 9, 2020” immediately preceded “America’s Game - May 28, 2018” and “America’s Game - November 5, 2018”.
I’m sure there’s a similar pattern for Jeopardy’s channel; I just haven’t looked that hard into it.
1. 2014 College Championship
2. 2016 College Championship
3. 2015 Teachers Tournament
4. 2016 Teachers Tournament Semifinals/Finals (likely skipping semifinals one and two)
5. Battle of the Decades
