LL67 (For the LLamas Among Us)

Post by nightreign »

(I hope it's okay that I created this topic...)

They just released the rundles this evening. Turns out, I have to play Kara Spak on Match Day 1. Yay me. I recognize thejeopardyfan as being in my rundle, but I don't think there are any other boardies there.

I was looking through the past stats of some of my Rundle E opponents, and it's a bit of a breath of fresh air. My stats still suck, but not as badly as they did when I was up against people who belonged in Rundle A.

Good luck to all my fellow LLamas!

I don't recognize anybody in my Rundle. I'm sure we'll be swapping casserole recipes in no time.

How in the world is Kara Spak in an E rundle?

I'm with Rafferty Barnes! I play her on Day 25. I will not be as excited about this after Day 25, but for now, it's fun to have a well-known boardie to lose horribly to play against. :)

I have a rather rude introduction to LL, facing the one and only missykat16 on Day 2. Shouldn't there be some rule about TOCers not getting to beat up on other rookies?

I have Bamaman, Pastor Dave, and the one and only H-Bomb in my rundle! At least I have someone to talk to on my slow train to mediocrity this season.

I have RandyG and Choyon in my new B Continental rundle. Currently I'm ranked 18th, projected to move down to C Continental. This may be accurate.

Looks like I'm in Rundle C Continental Div. 2. I don't recognize any of the other names in the group, besides Generalist.

Oh cool, four people from my ToC are in my rundle! Two of my referrals ChaffeeR and ZollingerJ, and Chaffee's referral TuckerP. (And me.) The only other J! name I recognize is AlleyR.

Hmmm.... let's see which boardies are in my brand-new rundle. OK, my branch still includes bomtr, Reddpen, and slam. Then there's also Kirk Nelson and Turd Ferguson. Did I miss anyone?

Well, I don't think I've beaten you yet, so you have that going for you.

But, yeah, could be a tough room--with a fairly big relegation zone, too. I am currently ranked 26th of 26. I think that's just the tyranny of alphabetical order, but I worry a little bit that the cosmos wants me to know that you and BilowM are just that much better than me.

Indeed, we have drifted over to Continental..... as my view of the Horizon is extinguished.

Yeah, my brother is in there, but no reason you'd recognize him. And, weirdly enough, he's FrumkinSA because there's already a FrumkinS and I have no idea who that person is. Some of the A-Horizon folks got moved out and alietr is back among some other additions, but it's back to the drubbings for me. Still only 2 relegation spots, so it remains easy to get stuck in the lower tier here.

Edit: I did duck GocheskiD, who got moved out of Horizon before she got to A, so that's a plus. She's killer at this, the fact that Elliot beat her on the show is a feather in his cap.

This is my seventh non-rookie season, and like a terrible poem, I've gone B-A-B-B-A-B-A. Can't throw a stone without hitting a ToCer in Frontier, but at least this time there are only 2 relegation positions.

Looks like a good rundle and for some reason less intimidating than the last couple I've been in. I'm sure that's only because I don't recognize some of the names!
