It's the -color- of the right panel.

Re-reading the question shows just how deliciously evil that was. They only ask "What on the right..." not "What object on the right..."

I gotta give them credit, someone thought that one through real well.

Ah, OK. I saw the light bulb outlined and thought that was the answer. Never seen the show, so I have no idea how they denote things. I see now that there's a green outline around the blue box and a red one around the bulb.

Here's why:

For "never" the contestant had to touch that word on the wall. The signage precluded any kind of parking. The only time to park was never.

No (he said somewhat sarcastically), but you have mentioned before that you have a form of Asperger's. Puzzles like these are incredibly difficult for such people who can't pick up on details and take things literally. I've said before that J! isn't really meant for you but Idiotest literally isn't meant for you. The hard fact is that you will not be able to pick these up because of your condition, so don't go bemoaning not being able to get it because you won't. It would be like a blind person wondering why he can't make out the Magic Eye puzzle.
