BigDaddyMatty wrote:My heart hurts after that UVa loss. How in the world does a Top Five defensive team, which also happens to be a Top Five slowest pace team, manage to give up a 13-point lead in less than three minutes? To me it seems possibly even less probable than UNI's collapse against A&M.
According to FiveThirtyEight.com, the odds against A&M coming back from 13 down against Northern Iowa were 3,000 to 1. Yikes.

Not much time left of course, but does anyone have any bracket action for the J! Board? I entered the two on the WWTBAM Bored:

I created a bracket on ESPN's Tournament Challenge site. I joined the group JBoard Madness, created by BigDaddyMatty last year and still open for business (group password: kebertxela). If anyone wants to play against me, feel free to join the group.

Thanks. My picks are in to give the group three so far.

Clicking into this thread at the beginning, I was a bit thrown to see Vanya had started it, then shaken by a post from Paucle (may he RIP)... and then I noticed the dates.

I am thoroughly unimpressed by most of the at-large field and mid majors, so my Elite Eight and Final Four are pretty heavy on the chalk, with three #1s advancing and Kentucky instead of UNC (sorry heelsrule). I'm probably going to get burned trusting the Zags that much, but we'll see. 'Nova/Kansas for an equally boring title game prediction, and put me down for the repeat.

I'm in to defend my title from last year. I'm sure I will finish last as a result.

Yay! I picked Wisconsin over Villanova. I don't remember my reasoning, though.

And, I didn't pick them...*facepalm*. My bracket game = my TD game.

Really late notice, but I just edited my bracket for LL. Realized I had done the JBoard bracket last year and submitted an entry in it for this year.....and then I noticed that I'm the only one in it as of right now. 10 hours or so to submit, or I take home the top prize by default.

Group is JBoard Madness, password kebertxela.

I love a good tournament pool, especially when my team is a 2 seed. Plus, I'll actually be in the country this year and can watch the games. Heading to Nashville tomorrow morning to cheer on the Bearcats!

I have six different brackets going with six different winners. The funniest is the one with a random pick requirement and I got Georgia St. over Arkansas in it.
