I don't remember what I guessed Tuesday. Kennedy Thursday.

Seen neither Gandhi nor Bridge of Spies. Have not read The Bell Jar.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Mon - Southwest, despite knowing it was flat out wrong
Fri - (blank, but I could've...and suppose at minimum I should've...drawn it)

Have seen Gandhi, have not seen Bridge of Spies
Have not read The Bell Jar
The best thing that Neil Armstrong ever did, was to let us all imagine we were him.

I went Dallas -> Southwest on Monday, even though the "west" half applied a little less to the other cities. Much Ado About Nothing was the best I could do on Tuesday. The rest made up for my bad start to the week. Francis Gary Powers was the only name I could think of on Thursday, and not in a WECIB way, more like "I have a vague feeling this response might make sense, and it's the only thing I've got."

Guessed As You Like It
I have seen Gandhi
Guessed JFK (albeit with zero confidence)

I only knew Wendy Wasserstein because of Frank Spangenberg.

I haven't been on the writers' FJ wavelength lately.
I saw Gandhi so that sure helped on that one (along with the recent discussion of him here...)
I saw Bridge of Spies so that should have helped get that one, but somehow didn't...I've seen Measure for Measure too, maybe if I'd seen the one currently running in Brooklyn it would have helped....
I never read The Bell Jar, but how many '60s novels are named after glass objects...? (Actually, I feel lucky to have figured that one out.)

American Airlines Monday
Guessed at Measure For Measure
Saw Gandhi, prior to which I did not know he lived in South Africa.
Saw Bridge of Spies, not sure if it helped or not, since I was long familiar with Powers.
Have not read The Bell Jar

It was a long time ago, and I remember hating reading it. I got to check the 'I read it' box, but not the FJ correct box. Just didn't put 2 and 2 together in the 30 seconds.

Count me among those that fell into the AA trap, the JFK trap, the As You Like It trap.

Also didn't RTFQ on the Gandhi/soccer clue, as soon as they said it was Gandhi I went "OF COURSE... 'Passive Resisters'". I pre-called Marc-André Fleury and the Pittsburgh Penguins because he sat out meeting Pres. Obama when they won the 2016 Stanley Cup, and it was a Big Freaking Deal™ when it happened.

? serious question: why? I looked up the Wiki because I thought perhaps it was part of the Feminist movement and it just seems to be a sad story. Not that it isn't an allegory for the plight of women, and etc.., but what recommends it? Of course there isn't any one correct answer and even victim fiction has it's adherents. I just want to pay it proper homage if it ever comes up again.

All's Well that ends well
JFK
No clue on Friday.

Seen Gandhi, didn't see bridge of spies, haven't read the book.
I guess saving grace are the additional clues polled.
