Never would have figured out the Disney clue. Didn't need the coin on Friday.
Microagressions was easy-peasy, as was manic pixie dream girl (and face palm), but I've never heard of surrender cobra.

I said Canberra for the world capital clue because, why else would the astrolabe be upside down?

What's the record percentage of people clicking the box of glory for a regular play week? We're at 43% right now, which is pretty high. Have we ever exceeded 50%? (EDIT: 44% right now. Another vote came in while I was typing.)

Saw the upside-down astrolabe in Champlain's hand at Major's hill park in Ottawa on Saturday for Canada day. With all the extra security to avoid a Nice-like catastrophe, that was as close as we got to parliament hill. Thanks for the Canadian shout-outs in the extra questions!

Hope everyone is taking today off to extend the celebration of independence - whether Canadian or American! Happy long weekend!

(oh yeah,        )

Holy crap, 2 for 5 on a week where nearly half the people went 5/5? Time for me to study some more. (At least I got all 3 of the supplemental questions.)

After an o-fer last week, got all 5 this week even though I never would've thought I would instaget an FJ in a Plant category. Got micro-agression but not the other 2.

I've heard of "manic pixie dream girl", though I didn't get the clue, from hanging out at TVTropes.
As I said on the game's post, if I ever hear the term "microaggression" again, it'll be too soon.
"Surrender cobra" I hadn't heard of.

Better to hear it than to experience it.

Trump for the entrepreneur.

For the Treat of Tordesillas question I said Vespucci. Oops.

I was familiar with microaggression but not MPDG or surrender cobra.

I didn't need to see the coin for the Edelweiss FJ to be an instaget.

I guessed Tatum O'Neal, who would have been too old, on Monday, but she had been born, at least. Whiffed with 1984 on Tuesday. I recognized (but did not recall) the term "microaggressions" but not the other two listed. Did not need to see the image on Friday.
