No guess on Monday.
Yes, for both Adele albums and both songs.

For those of you new around here the poll will be posted just about this time each Saturday as the clock nears 5 p.m. my time in the Pacific time zone.

If you are correct on each of the five FJ clues then you get to hit the option with the 5 Mr. Greens.

There will be three extra clues that I choose because:

I think the material is good to know since it comes up often.
Someone requests a clue.
I'm curious how many missed or correctly answered a clue.

Sometimes a clue in the FJ! round will have an incorrect response that many others seemed to have and that will be a voting option as well.

If you make a mistake in voting in forgetting to check something or hitting something you should not have hit then you can just select your choices again in re-voting to correct the error without messing up the results. It won't count as a second vote.

Flipped a coin between Beyonce and Swift. Adele never occurred to me, despite knowing the songs.

Almost clammed on Hannibal, since it seemed odd that he died near the Black Sea.

Not a bad start to the season, though the 5/5 was within my grasp. I should have known it wasn't Beyonce because I knew what Adele said about Beyonce in her acceptance speech. But Adele never came into my mind...
I vaguely knew Tolle was some sort of spiritual teacher, but the book title isn't familiar. If it was a DD I would have said Meditation..

That's three in a row who got 4/5 the hard way.

No response; Swift. Couldn't come up with Hanover in time.
While I won't say for sure I haven't heard either Adele song listed, it's not that farfetched. Definitely haven't listened to either album. Only song I know by her is "Skyfall."
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Only Rolling in the Deep, NHO the other song and certainly hadn't listened to a whole album. I didn't like that song much, and I hated the Skyfall theme, so I haven't exactly been rushing to seek out other Adele songs.

Starting your sentence with "Unlike the rest of you" was classic hubris.

I sort of mumbled out "Hanover" at the last moment, but that's good enough for the poll for me. Hannibal and Adele were certainly gettable, but my mind was in the wrong moment at the times I tackled the clues.

My mom's a big Adele fan, so I've heard all of 21

Yep, that seems about right for me.

I was pretty sure about the Adele FJ, although I wouldn't be of much use in identifying one of her songs. But same for Beyoncé or pretty much any new artist of the last 15 years except Jack White 8-)

But except for Monday, a pretty easy FJ week. Contestant DD wagers seem to suck worse than usual so far this season.

In a great start to the season, I couldn't think of a single name of any person just to have something for Monday.

NHO the book, but I guessed it.
I don't think "The one with the Georges!" would have been accepted.
Someone else said the sea before I could even process the clue.

I had The Power of Positive Thinking for some weird reason. Don't recall who that was written by now, however

"Power of Now" looks like it can join the Gigi Grazer pile of "Ridiculously Undervalued Top Boxes".

Had Taylor Swift, but Adele was gettable. Had a coworker who was all over her at the time.

Have never consciously been aware of Lawrence's time in New Mexico. Guessed Adele just to guess something--have never consciously listened to any of her songs. I missed Thursday, but I liked the clue because it's obvious in retrospect.

Should have had Bering. I somehow didn't parse the word "Aleutian" in the clue, which made it much more difficult!

How quickly a 100% get rate on FJs for the season goes down to a 60% get rate. Thursday's and Friday's FJs were both forehead slappers, but still not ones that I was going to get in 30 seconds.
