I don't know why I thought that Chevy Chase would be popular...I was deciding between that and Jasper Johns.

But you're having fun, right? :)

Still time - anything can happen - and probably will!
Of course! I knew this one would be a struggle, I didn't really have answers to 3 or 4 questions. Should've known Johns would be a big sheep. Figured Betty Boop and Olive Oyl would be at least close.

Rats on toast! or the Mac OS question, I was all ready to say "sierra," then I had doubts. So I went with a wrong answer instead. Typical.
Teems with quiet fun.

Me too! :D Very occasionally it works, but sometimes I end up feeling like Vizzini must have felt a split second before he keeled over.

I couldn't think of where the movie Glengarry Glen Ross was set but remembered the setting of the play. I correctly suspected The Music Man would sheep. I think a lot of people expected Barefoot in the Park to sheep or be close.
I'd rather cuddle then have sex. If you're into grammar, you'll understand.

I'm not surprised The Music Man sheeped. I went for it because I like that musical and I was living in fantasyland thinking some that went for it might err and say (thinking of Gary) Indiana.

I forgot to enter, but on #5, I would have gone with Boron since Babe was also in the picture with Paul Bunyan. Would that have been accepted?

Thanks, I'll check it out. I made my own grading tool for #361, so I can probably just make a few small changes to that, but this might be easier.

7. OLD FOLKS - Name any of these people, groups or characters that have ancient origins
Spoiler
  • Gary Oldman, Robert Pattinson and Tom Cruise have all portrayed this being that tends to hang around for a long time
  • In Game of Thrones, this priestess, aka The Red Woman, has a pretty horrible track record when it comes to interpreting prophecies
  • In folklore, this horned, anthropomorphic figure described as "half-goat, half-demon" metes out just punishment to naughty children at Christmas time
  • A member of the high-ranking professional class in ancient Celtic cultures
  • Medieval military order founded c. 1190 to aid Christians on their pilgrimages to the Holy Land (Orden der Brüder vom Deutschen Haus der Heiligen Maria in Jerusalem)
  • Wearing distinctive white mantles with a red cross, these knights were among the most skilled fighting units of the Crusades
